RECC has today issued its 2017 annual report. The report desribes the huge body of work that RECC carried out during the year and picks out the highlights. Among many notable achievements listed, during the year, RECC:
- had 2.200 members with 315 new ones joining during the year;
- recovered £362,000 for consumers through its dispute resolution process;
- closely monitored over 300 members;
