Amendments to the Domestic Renewable Heat Incentive (RHI) Regulations have come into force today (24 March 2016).
The two main changes include:
• Green Deal Advice Reports are no longer required for any RHI application (however, applicants do need to have an EPC that is no more than 24 months old)
• Self-builders no longer need to install meters as a result of occupying the property for less than 183 days when they apply
DECCs policy paper explaining the changes can be found here.
